Exploring Mental & Emotional  Wellness for First Responders

If you could ask any question, or freely talk about any challenge related to being on the job, and no one would know it was you... what would you say?

After The Tones Drop gives a safe platform to explore, demystify, and destigmatize mental health. We have created a confidential hotline voicemail just for you to speak freely. Share a success, a struggle, or a question on our anonymous hotline. We will spotlight calls on an future episode and offer feedback and insights from a licensed therapist and a certified coach who work exclusively with First Responders.

To Leave a Confidential Message simply click the ATTD Hotline Voicemail button on the sidebar of our website.

Please Note: By leaving a message on our voicemail, you understand that your recording may be used on an upcoming episode of our show. We are happy to disguise your voice if you'd like. Just let us know that in your message. Our confidential voicemail is meant for informational and production purposes only. The hotline is NOT meant to be used in lieu of mental health treatment. Please contact a local mental health professional in your area if you are in need of assistance. We also have a list of resources under our "Resources" tab.
